The M-APPS Club of Sri Sairam Engineering College, Chennai in collaboration with MIT Square, London announces the Mobile/Web App Competition to recognize creativity and excellence among its students and motivate them to commercialize their research/learning outcomes to accelerate the economic and societal benefits.
Mobile/web apps that are based on any concept, principle, technique, or application related to the theme will be accepted. Examples could be in the area of education, healthcare, e-commerce and community development (charitable activities). We encourage students to use the latest programming languages/technologies such as Kotlin, Flutter, Swift, React, Ionic, D3, flask and so on.

Teams must submit a proposal (no more than 2 pages) describing their mobile/web app via email to the chairs of the competition steering committee by August 17, 2020.

A demonstration video, via email to the chairs of the competition steering committee by September 30, 2020
The competition steering committee will evaluate the submissions and select a maximum number of four teams as finalists.
The selected finalist teams will present the app virtually or in person (based on the current situation) to present their mobile/web app.

A business plan to justify the need for their mobile/web apps in the marketplace
